It takes two to mango.
Bengaluru-based food blogger Nandita Iyer of Saffron Trail has come up with an easy, low maintenance recipe to make mango ice cream from scratch.
All you need is one large mango and three tablespoons of milk powder. THAT’S ALL.
Peel and dice the mango into small cubes.
Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray or a dish. Put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
In a mixer jar, add the frozen mango cubes and milk powder.
Blend it all together until you get the consistency of soft serve ice cream. Aaand you’re done!
Stick in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and serve. You can even top it with some diced fresh mango because the more the mango-ier.
