You don’t need to be a fitness fanatic.
First of all, there’s no “ideal” body type for pole dancing.
You just need to be looking to build strength, flexibility, and to discover that you're powerful AF.
There’s also no age limit.
The more you practice, the better.
And it’s not even just for women.
Dedication to the sport isn’t necessarily about being super into fitness per se.
You could also just want to have fun and get strong.
